So far I like the show but sometimes you look at the people in it and it seems like they're just a random bunch thrown together for a show, like the only thing they have in common is being well off. Based on season 1 Ep 4 reaction: Kane seems nice and can be a genuine friend, but is tactless sometimes, but likable, I like Kevin too, he defended Anna, that's the type of friend you want to have, Kim the Dj I think seems childish, like how old are you? So rude when she asked the gay guy to throw out the P pump out of the window, like that is not so Asian thing to do, how much more a lady, first of, nobody has the right to go to someone's house and touch things, Kevin was right, she must have been raised by wolves, she was unapologetic, I can see why Kevin is upset, I wouldn't want to hang out with that type of person. Meanwhile, Christine flaunts too much, brand conscious too, like I know she's been rich for years but her attitude is like those of poor people who got rich fast and brags about it. Love Anna and her principles, Christine can really learn a thing or two from her. Cherie seems so kind and sweet but why did she end up with a guy who doesn't want to put a ring on it? A guy who loves his children and his other half should marry the woman and not let her wait, like when are you gonna be ready dude? If Andrew was not acting in Paris, I'd be scared if I were Kelly, but I hope they still have a chance to improve, they're a cute couple.

I hope they’re talking to their therapist through everything and their emotions. The way Andrew blows up is concerning, the way he explodes and she says “ok we need a little space and then talk again”, or whenever she trying to explain herself, Andrew would blow up “YOU DONT LOVE ME!?!??... I’m talking to you!”. And then cry to get her back, he definitely has issues to resolve and it’s not helping Kelly either cause to me it look manipulative to play the victim and blame and then cry to show vulnerability and love. I get it, people hate having their dirty laundry air out for people to see and judge. But you cannot isolate your SO from someone they truly confide in their worries and etc. He definitely has abandonment issues, and anger management issues. And he has to realize that a friend within the group will most likely know their dirty laundry and you have to be comfortable at that point knowing the person is looking for Kelly best interest at heart. Then prove to them you’re the best interest if he really love Kelly he would do that. Talking to the therapist is a big step already.

Omg such an awesome show I love it so much!! It gets better than the first episode. I stopped after the first, then I started again. Binged watched it on the weekend! Love Anna, Kevin and Kane. The whole ensemble makes it all drama with different personalities. You can see the respect and manners they have to meeting new people and in stores.

Tacky, "hood rich", nothing but cringe the whole time watching. This is akin to a hillbilly winning the lotto and trying to act as if they always had money, no one is falling for it. This show is antithetical to people with real wealth and families with real prestige. Was so cringed out, could not even finish the first episode, had to sporadically fast forward through in hopes of finding some respite.

The show just shows again how ignorant westerners are about asians. Please, please, please note that we asians think those makeups on those actresses' eyes are extremely ugly. Oh btw, I happened to have some friends that can technically be called rich. They would definitely not dress or live like that. You know, among asian billionaires, being humble to others while being strict to selves is extremely valued. If you see an asian rich man dating a young lady with that ugly eye makeups, you can tell yourself that the lady is 0% his wife. It is just another show. Only a show, like Selling Sunset. Not real life stories.

It looks exhausting trying to impress people every minute with the jewelry and designer labels plastered everywhere. If I were rich I’d rather be on the beach of my own island. 👍

I watched this with my mother and both of us LOVED IT. Couldn't take a break and watched it all the way through. Just the kind of escapism we love. I had NO problem with them being crazy rich - good for them - their not hurting anyone with their wealth and I loved how they also focus on giving back. It was fun to see into their world. I didn't walk in expecting to care, but then... surprisingly, by the end, I did.

I watched the first episode and was immediately turned off. A bunch of shallow rich people.
