Questa "docu-serie" è basata sulla testimonianza di Walter Delogu. L'uomo abbronzato che si fa filmare mentre solleva pesi, va in moto e pontifica orgoglioso di quanto, ora, è contento di pagare le tasse. Ops! Regista e produttore hanno dimenticato un piccolo particolare: Walter Delogu è stato condannato per estorsione. Il suddetto ha preteso e ottenuto da Vincenzo Muccioli 150 milioni di lire, in contanti, per non diffondere una registrazione a cui lo aveva palesemente indotto al fine di ricattarlo. La vera motivazione del tradimento? Muccioli non avrebbe tenuto fede ad una fantomatica promessa fatta a Delogu: una villa con piscina da 300 milioni di lire. Lo dice lui stesso. Cinque filmati basati sul risentimento di una ex tossico che è stato salvato dall'eroina, la cui famiglia è stata mantenuta per anni (affitto e spese), che ha lavorato per Muccioli e che, ingolosito dai continui ed ingenti finanziamenti dei Moratti, ha estorto più di cento milioni e ora fa intrattenimento con l’unica cosa che è in grado di vendere, la drammatizzazione della storia. La figlia Andrea, del resto, ha venduto subito le vicende di Sanpa-Lager in una specie di romanzo per cominciare a lavorare in tv. Può l’intrattenimento impiegare pregiudicati e figli risentiti per fare il ritratto di un laico che ha fatto cristianamente, disinteressatamente e concretamente qualcosa di enorme valore sociale soltanto perché credevano di avere diritto ad una fetta di non si sa quale torta?

Ieri sera ho visto su Netflix i primi due episodi di "SanPa: luci e tenebre di San Patrignano", la miniserie televisiva documentaristica ideata e prodotta da Gianluca Neri e diretta da Cosima Spender. La serie ha ricostruito la storia, i retroscena e le controversie della Comunità terapeutica di San Patrignano, a partire dal 1978, l'anno in cui venne istituita da Vincenzo Muccioli. Ho letto alcune delle polemiche sorte in merito al prodotto di Netflix: dalle critiche nette provenienti dalla comunità stessa, che ha giudicato il prodotto di Netflix "poco imparziale", a diverse opinioni negative, tra cui un parere importante espresso da Letizia Moratti, la quale ha definito la serie TV "un'occasione persa", fino alla reazione di Red Ronnie, che grida allo scandalo, ed alle testimonianze di ex ospiti illustri della comunità, tra cui Piero Villaggio, ex tossico e figlio del celebre attore Paolo Villaggio. Io ho l'intenzione di seguire anche gli altri tre episodi della docuserie TV prima di esprimere una mia sincera ed onesta valutazione critica. Al momento non so stabilire se si tratta davvero di un racconto poco imparziale, così come gli esponenti della Comunità di San Patrignano ed altri protagonisti di quelle esperienze controverse hanno dichiarato tramite la stampa o i social network. Nella mia mente serbo vaghi ricordi in merito ai processi istruiti contro Muccioli, a partire dal primo, che iniziò nel 1983 e si concluse con una condanna per sequestro di persona, nonché maltrattamenti, e per aver incatenato alcuni giovani della Comunità (nel 1990 Muccioli fu assolto per gli stessi reati con una sentenza definitiva della Cassazione), fino al secondo processo, svoltosi nel 1994, che portò ad una condanna a otto mesi di carcere per favoreggiamento e ad un'assoluzione dall'imputazione di omicidio colposo per l'assassinio di Roberto Maranzano, avvenuto nel 1989 all'interno della Comunità di San Patrignano. L'idea che mi feci non era affatto positiva, ma non per ragioni di ordine etico-morale o ideologico, bensì per convinzioni di natura pragmatica e politica. Io sono sempre stato un convinto assertore dell'anti-proibizionismo (vale a dire un orientamento che non va confuso, né accostato a vane rivendicazioni di "liberalizzazione", o istanze di matrice liberale-borghese: regolamentare, in modo razionale, tali fenomeni sociali e comportamenti, non equivale a una "liberalizzazione", che si estrinseca nella realtà dei fatti, nella clandestinità) in materia di sostanze tossiche, psicotrope e stupefacenti, per cui il "metodo San Patrignano" non mi convinceva affatto, ben sapendo, nello stesso tempo, che lo Stato italiano non era in grado di fornire adeguate ed efficaci risposte istituzionali alla questione delle tossicodipendenze negli anni '70 e '80. Nel contempo, so che in quegli anni in cui le esistenze e le masse giovanili si aggregavano e si impegnavano nella protesta sociale e nella progettualità politica, le "droghe" servirono anche a neutralizzare e ad affossare quelle rivendicazioni, quei fermenti di rivolta, quelle forme di vitalità e socialità costruttiva. Le controculture e le esperienze di lotta giovanili di quegli anni furono vinte e debellate tramite la diffusione, indotta ad arte nel mondo giovanile, di droghe assai pesanti, quali l'eroina, assai più che attraverso la repressione di tipo poliziesco. In ogni caso, ho sempre ritenuto che il tema dell'eroina e di altre sostanze tossiche, fosse un problema prevalentemente medico-sanitario ed educativo, ma che si riduceva ad una questione di ordine pubblico e di criminalità comune a causa soprattutto della legislazione proibizionista. Ma ritornando alla serie televisiva di Netflix, mi sembra di poter osservare, pur avendo seguito soltanto i primi due episodi, che metta in mostra sia le luci che le ombre, o le "tenebre", di quella vicenda. Più di ogni altro aspetto, direi che mi affascina la dimensione umana e comunitaria di vita, che affiora in modo netto dalla narrazione offerta dalla docuserie TV, per cui ho iniziato persino a rivedere e a ripensare il mio giudizio negativo su San Patrignano. Attendo, ripeto, la visione degli altri episodi per essere nella condizione di formulare una valutazione più corretta, serena ed obiettiva circa la serie TV di Netflix...

I have always have the suspect behind this San Patrignano system. And many other similar ones which spread out from the "leading by example" role San Patrignano innovated. Especially considering the huge endorsement it had during the last 3 decades in Italy, especially by a certain part of the catholic church. Decades long of promotions and endorsements in TV and Media in Italy, decades long of endorsments from Mass Media/Celebrities like you actually see in the trailers and decades long of words you hear even in the daily's life like "the junkie went to rehab" (which in Italian is "Il drogato è andato in comunità") Discovering that the system was rigged just puts another nail in the coffin of decades long suspects I have always had. And without being into plotting theories and conspiracies (needed to be clarified in before being told I am somehow a conspirationist, LOL) this story reminds me a lot the superscary happenings and distortions of the "Veleno" adoptions stories - happened to be in the same region Emilia Romagna in the 1990s - told in the 16 episodes podcast (sadly in Italian) by Pablo Trincia Scary. First the founder of the community was deemed a saviour to bring back dozens of youths from heroin addiction, then a monster for his methods. I'm really interested about this documentary.
